You choose per artifact: public (anyone with the link), unlisted (link-only, hidden from listings), or private (only you, or your team on Business).
Yes. Every publish is kept as a revision, so you can restore an earlier version of an artifact from its dashboard entry at any time.
Your existing artifacts stay in your dashboard, but publishing new ones and rendering existing links pause until you subscribe.
